In 1989, the G model was sold in a limited edition as a puristic, roadster-like variant under the name Speedster, which differed from the 911 Cabriolet primarily in the shortened windshield frame and the two bulges on the hood. Porsche also offered the Carrera with the wide fenders and the brake system of the 911 Turbo. Due to the slightly higher air resistance, the so-called turbo-wide Carreras were slightly slower than the standard version with the same engine power.

These models, but also vehicles from special series such as the limited Ferry Porsche and the slightly lighter 911 Carrera Clubsport with modified Motronic, are considered sought-after collector's items and are rarely found on the road today.

This Porsche Speedster presented here is a car delivered in Germany. Only 2104 of these were made, which is a very low number for Porsche. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity where everything is stated as it still is today. The booklets that go with it are also included. So it is a 3.2 L, European version with 231 hp and the WTL (Wide Turbo Look).
There is a black leather upholstery that still looks like new. The whole car smells and feels new, because this Porsche has only driven 24.000 km. This is therefore a very rare version of the Carrera Porsche that always remains sought after.
