Body:
-Body converted to ST width, original steel fender flares at the rear.
-Original Zimmermann front fenders, ST hood with balsa wood.
-Rear axle in standard wheel arches, rear wheel arches fitted with stone chip protection at the rear panel.
-Front body modified to accommodate the oil line.
-Black front trim.
-Black Porsche side stripe.

Chassis:
-Aluminum rear wishbones with RSR bearings, aluminum front axle with 20mm stabilizer bar.
-Rear Bilstein Sport shock absorbers, front adjustable Koni shock absorbers in ST struts (901 34118401), reinforced front axle and modified center bearing.
-Early model steering box, as used on the 1973 RSR.
-Chassis fitted with new 70 shore rubber bushings at the rear.
-Renewed stabilizer links.
-Front track widened by 21 mm, 72 mm wheel studs.
-Front bumper prepared for oil cooler installation.

Engine and cooling:
-Oil lines routed forward as on the RS (tube cooler in right rear bumper).
-Engine converted to 2.5 liters with 66 mm stroke.
-Mechanical fuel injection with modified stacks and enlarged throttle bodies.
-Cylinder heads with enlarged ports.
-Heating via heater boxes.

Transmission:
-Type 915/5, 5-speed magnesium version.
-8/31 ring and pinion.

Brakes:
-Aluminum front brake calipers with new pistons, type S 70/71.
-Steel rear brake calipers, type S, completely overhauled.
-Double master cylinder system.
